Gymnastics Australia's fundamental program for gymnasts ages 8 - 12, developing all round physical and brain development as well as increasing sports participation. Gymnasts in these classes will use all of the women’s artistic apparatus (vault, bars, beam and floor) as well as trampolines and also work on partner balances as seen in sports acro.
Uniform is optional for these classes. Gymnasts must wear clothing they can move freely in with no zippers or hoods. We have shorts, leotards, tights and singlets available for purchase with admin or via the shop tab.
