Sports Acro involves working with a pair or group of three (trio) to perform both balance (holding) and dynamic (throwing) skills. Gymnasts also perform elements of dance, tumbling and individual balance skills.
This class is for all groups who train 3 days per week. There is a dance class on Saturdays at Colour City Dance from 10.45 - 11.45am for all level 3 + Acro groups.

May have additional training in comp season to choreograph routines

Training attendance is of high importance to learn skills with their group/ partner.
Uniform - CWG training uniform as per season. No jewellery or hoods allowed. Hair tied back neatly preferably in a bun.
