Our intermediate tumbling 1 class is for selected gymnasts who have meet the requirements of our beginner tumbling class. In this class gymnasts will be learning back handsprings, front handsprings and will start drills for front and back somersaults.

This class can be done on its own or as an addition to any other recreational class. Gymnasts must be selected for this class, assessments are available.

Prerequisites

• Handstand fwd roll straight arms (with minimal spotting from coach)
• Backroll to tuck straight arms (with minimal spotting from coach), 
• Backroll down wedge with straight arms lsit to front support
• Cartwheel cartwheel snap
• Bridge kickover feet raised
