Sports Acro involves working with a pair or group of three (trio) to perform both balance (holding) and dynamic (throwing) skills. Gymnasts also perform elements of dance, tumbling and individual balance skills.
This class is for all groups who train 2 days per week.
Gymnasts must commit to 2 training sessions per week.
Class days and times are
Monday 3.45 - 5.15pm and Thursday 4 - 7pm.
There is also an optional dance class on Wednesdays 6 - 7pm which is an optional class for levels 4 - 6. Please book in for this class separately.

Training attendance is of high importance to learn skills with their group/ partner.
Uniform - CWG training uniform as per season. No jewellery or hoods allowed. Hair tied back neatly preferably in a bun.
