Sports Acro involves working with a pair or group of three (trio) to perform both balance (holding) and dynamic (throwing) skills. Gymnasts also perform elements of dance, tumbling and individual balance skills.
Level 1 - 2 acro will train 1 day per week. A beginner tumbling class is also recommended.

Training attendance is of high importance to learn skills with their group/ partner.
Uniform - CWG training uniform as per season. No jewellery or hoods allowed. Hair tied back neatly preferably in a bun
