CENTRAL WEST GYMSPORTS PARTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ENTRY AND EXIT
You may access the building up to 15 minutes prior to the start time and wait in the dedicated party area until the coaches invite the children into the gym.
Parents or caregivers other than the party child’s family may stay at the party if they wish but must remain in the party area. Only children attending our 5 years + party may be on the gym floor during the party under coach’s supervision. Parents may be on the gym floor during our Pre School Free Play party only.
All children must be signed in upon arrival.
Please assist staff by ensuring children are picked up promptly at the conclusion of the party as we often have multiple party bookings each day and we must ensure Covid cleaning procedures occur in between each booking. Staff will complete all cleaning and we only ask that you take any presents/ additional food with you at the conclusion – we do the rest.
FOOD
Food is NOT provided by the club. We do provide trestle tables for food/ presents so you may decorate with tablecloths etc. as you please. We suggest separate named bottles of water as drinks.
***We do not allow alcohol on the venue, please do not bring or consume alcohol during the party***
Cancellations and changes: A $100 deposit is due at time of booking.
Up to two weeks before your party you can change the date or time of your party if availability exists. Complete cancellations are allowed however your deposit will not be refunded.
BOOKING NUMBERS
Parties cater for up to 20 children. We will call to confirm your party numbers the MONDAY before your party and the party must be paid in full then. Please DO NOT add extra children on the day as we must abide by these numbers. If you need to change the numbers, please do so as soon as possible to ensure adequate staff. If you require more than 20 children we can also accomodate for this at a rate of $15 per child.
ILLNESS
Children presenting with any symptoms of any illness must not attend the party. Any necessary medications must be given to the party host, e.g. EpiPens, puffers etc. Please let staff know if you have any guests with asthma or allergies.
LATE FEE
All parties have access to the party area 15 minutes before and after their booked time. There is a $50 late fee for any party that does not leave this area 15 minutes after their booked time.
