Governance

Cruisers Softball Club is an incorporated association registered in New South Wales. It is operated by a committee of dedicated volunteer members elected by the members at the annual general meeting held in approximately May each year.

The Executive Committee is authorised to run the Club by the members in accordance with the rules of the Club. The Committee is empowered to make by-laws and introduce or adopt policies and codes of practice. The Committee may also adopt policies and codes of practice established by CNSA, SNSW and Softball Australia as required.
