Course Overview
This course focuses on sailing in stronger winds and introducing extra equipment
like spinnaker and trapeze to leverage the full boat potential on the water.
Course Prerequisites
Water confident, and you should have the skills, knowledge and experience gained from the
Start Sailing two courses.
Who should do this course?
This course is designed for participants who wish to continue developing their sailing skills in
dinghies.
Course Outcome
You will gain your Better Sailing completion certificate.
Important information
o While supervision will be provided as part of the course, ultimate responsibility will
be the participant’s parent or carer, and accordingly they must be in attendance at all
times.
o Missed sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you miss a session we
will not be able to accommodate an alternative session or any refund.
o All courses are subject to change with limited notice, based on demand and
availability.
o Places are limited. To avoid disappointment, we recommend registering early.
