Accommodation will be required for the Saturday night. Arrangements have been made to set aside rooms at a reasonably priced motel, however as the cost will depend on how many family member will be coming over thw weekend and the arrangements each family/player, accomodation will be paid by the individual on arrival. Room lists will be provided once accommodation arrangements have been finalised. As a very rough guide, accommodation would be between $40 - $100pp.

Cost for the registration will be $5 for juniors and $17-$15 for adults.

Times are approximate at this stage and will be dependent upon the draw, but is thought the longest possible timeframe.
