Cockburn Dragon Boat Club Inc.
Incorporated 1988
Started as a corporate team from the staff of Cockburn City Council and locals from the Cockburn area. Early racing was at Rockingham and Woodman's Point.
The Club later moved to the East Fremantle Yacht Club on the Swan River and this is where we continue to paddle today.
The Club currently has three fibre glass (IDBF Standard) Boats, one Small boat (10 paddlers).
Located at East Fremantle Yacht Club, Petra St, East Fremantle.
Club achievements - 2017, 2019 - 4 members in the Auroras National team.
2023 - 5 members in the Auroras National team. Club coach Laura Hughes was selected as Australian women's Team Captain.
