About

About CTTR

COASTAL Track and Trail Runners welcomes runners, walkers, joggers, hikers and competitive runners of all abilities, with the main emphasis being having fun while keeping fit. We are a Specialist Member Organisation affiliated with Athletics NSW (Recreational run group). Our goal is to introduce people to the benefits of running.

CTTR has a variety of weekly runs and training sessions. We have a huge passion for tracks and trails in various locations within the Mid North Coast.

Training runs are organised on the tracks and trails, varying in distances from 700m for kids, 2km, 4km to 25km+ for adults.

Strength and agility sessions are also 3 times a week in various locations around Port Macquarie (see closed Facebook page each Monday for sessions for the week).

CTTR is very family and dog friendly.

Due to the merger between Athletics Australia and Little A's Australia, we can only have adults as community members now from 18+ (children have to be a member of a Junior Athletics Club. We are classed as a Recreational Run Group, so no juniors at this stage are able to join a Recreational Run Group. Must be 18+).

New runners are welcome to turn up and try with no obligation to join. Whatever you’re level of fitness, you won’t be left behind at the Coastal Track and Trail Runners.
