Session 2 - Applying the Latest Research in Nutrition and Performance Psychology to Your Coaching

  • Provide coaches with an update on the status of 'category B' sports supplemnets - when, why, and how to implement. 
  • Provide coaches with an update of the latest relevant research on performance psychology and how it can be applied for next season.

Session 3 - Self-Reflection, Evolution, and Improvement

  • Provide coaches with an effective tool for self-reflection to identify their current skill and knowledge gaps.
  • Provide coaches with a strategy for overcoming these gaps to be a better coach next season.
  • Explore challenges and opportunities of coaching the next generation of athletes.
  • Apply the lessons from this conference to develop a personalised development plan to be a better coach in 2023.
