Capital Lakes Rowing Club - AGM and Breakfast - Saturday 22nd October - 9am

The Annual General Meeting for the Capital Lakes Rowing Club will take place on Saturday morning 22nd October at 9am. A club breakfast will follow after the (short) AGM.

All club members and their families, including juniors, para-rowers and those who are undertaking or recently completed learn to row, are warmly invited to attend.

This is a great opportunity to meet members of the club, welcome new members to the club and welcome back those coming out of winter hibernation ahead of the 2016-2017 Season.

Could you please email capitallakes@gmail.com or advise either Sandra or Catherine if you will be attending the breakfast so that we can arrange catering. Alternatively you may register through the website - visit the events page. Cost for Breakfast is $5 - pay on the morning. RSVPs by 18 October would be appreciated.

Annual General Meeting

The AGM will be conducted prior to the dinner and we anticipate that it will not take longer than 30 minutes.

In line with the constitution, all positions on the committee will be vacated and are open for nomination.  Election of the 2016-2017 Office Bearers will occur at this meeting, so if you are interested and would like to contribute to the club, please consider nominating for a position. Nomination form and further information on the roles is available from the website www.capitallakesrowing.com

Please advise Sandra Finney (Club Secretary - capitallakes@gmail.com) of any motions in writing for discussion at the meeting or nominations for Board positions.

Reports from Office Bearers will be tabled at this meeting, and minutes from the previous AGM will be circulated with the Agenda prior to the meeting.
