The plan is to start at Wentworth District Rowing Club (WDRC) rowing down the Darling, through the cutting to the Murray then upstream to the Coomealla Golf Club for morning tea and any crew changes. This leg is approx. 22km. Crews will then row back to WDRC for lunch and a rest. The third leg is approx. 19km up the Darling to a private property at Pomona, just past the 20km marker, where we have had morning and afternoon teas in the past 3 years. The fourth leg is back to WDRC. Total distance is approx. 82km, but you can row as many legs as you wish.
The river charts are on our web site – www.murrayrowathon.com and are “Murray above lock 10” for the first two legs and “Darling Chart1” and Darling chart2” for the third and fourth legs.
