At the bottom of this page select 'register' (NOT 'renew') and follow the prompts.
Registrations are open for the 2023 season with a new registration system. Keep reading for Dual Registrations.
DUAL REGISTRATION PLAYERS
All our CDHA United players must dual register with the Barossa Valley Hockey Association under the Clare and District United Hockey Club
- Click on RENEW. Only click on RENEW if you have already registered with another SA Hockey Club or Association for 2023.
- Enter your National Member ID (you would have received this on your receipt email from your Primary Association/Club registration; this is not required but will assist with the search) Last Name, Date of Birth.
- You will then recieve an email to your contact email in your original details. Check this email and follow the link
- Select your Registration type from the drop-down menu. The system will identify that you are already a member and deduct the Hockey SA Registration fee from the final cost once you continue to complete this process.
- Then press Renew Membership
- Ensure your details in the fields specified are correct.
- Complete the payment details as outlined in the form. This will only be processed as a the club's registration charge as long as you have already paid your HSA registration.
- Press the Pay Now button.
