2025 Player Registration - Open

(ALL PLAYERS NEED TO HAVE COMPLETED REGISTRATION & PAYMENT BEFORE STEPPING ON THE PITCH)

Scroll below and select ‘Returning Member’ if you have registered for hockey in the past or select ‘New Member’ if you have never registered to play hockey previously. 

On registration for 2025 all players will be transferred into CDHA United from their former clubs, this is to consolidate the administration into one account rather than 4 accounts previously. Going forward no dual registration or transfers will be required, simplifying the registration process for future seasons. 

Please start the registration process ASAP and don't leave the transfer process to the last minute.

CDHA United has full and game membership options. The “Game membership” offers a reduced fee for the initial 5 games, handy if you are unsure of availability or want to split payments, to continue playing after 5 games membership must be upgraded to “Full membership”. Keep in mind players will need to have played more than 5 games to be eligible for finals.

2025 Season Fees:

Junior (under 18) Full Membership: $210

Senior Full Membership: $330

Junior 5 Game Membership: $100

Senior 5 Game Membership: $125
