What do I wear?
If you are trying softball, simply wear comfortable clothing such as T-shirt, shorts/trackies and trainers. Also please bring a cap.
T-Ballers: Uniform for T-Ballers is very relaxed. Members buy a club jersey and a club cap to play in, and then can wear their own shorts/trackies and trainers. Other clothing is available to buy, such as hoodies, shorts, pants etc, but is optional.
All other teams: Uniform includes:
- Player jersey
- Either Cheetahs shorts or grey softball pants. Pants can be either knee length (worn with Cheetahs socks) or full length
- Cheetahs cap
Other items are optional, including:
- Belt
- Hoodie
- Letterman jacket
- Beanie
Uniform is available to purchase on the website shop and can be collected from Mill Park. Please contact Chaminda Fernando for any questions about uniform or where/when to pick up. Chaminda's mobile number is 0402 247 801.
Do I need any special equipment?
All playing equipment is available to borrow from the club, including bats, gloves and helmets, as well as catchers gear and other equipment. Over time, players tend to start to get their own equipment (eg bat, glove, helmet) but it's not required and the clubs have all of this equipment that can be borrowed and many do.
