Centenary Rowing Club is very excited to invite all members and parents to our 1st Mobility Seminar, presented by Joshua Pearn from Reclaim Health and Rehabilitation .
Joshua will come down to demonstrate and discuss the importance of correct warming up techniques, pre-workout mobility and post workout flexibility. We will also have Accredited Dietician Sarah to talk about nutrition, competition preparation and healthy eating for the performance of rowing.
We strongly encourage all athletes to attend this informative session if you are serious about improving your performance and overall wellbeing. All other family members also welcome to attend.
