Central Coast Hockey in conjunction with Optimum Health & Performance are hosting an information night for all players chosen in the Under 15 & Under 18 Boys and Girls Rep Teams in 2021
On the night you will hear from the following speakers:
- representatives from Central Coast Hockey about your responsibilities as a rep player
- OH&P Physiotherapists, Excercise Physiologists and Dieticians about how to prepare your body before and during the State Championships
