If you are looking for a new sport in 2023 for either yourself or your children, why not come along to our Summer "Come & Try" sessions and give it a go.

This 10 week program will be open to people of all ages and abilities. Grab a stick and a ball and have a hit with friends and family members and see if you like it.

Qualified coaches will be on hand to provide skill sessions each week
