Central Coast Hockey in conjunction with Optimum Health & Performance are hosting an information night for all players chosen in the Under 15 & Under 18 Boys and Girls Rep Teams in 2022

On the night you will hear from the following speakers:

• representatives from Central Coast Hockey about your responsibilities as a rep player 
• OH&P Physiotherapists,  Excercise Physiologists and Dieticians about how to prepare your body before and during the State Championships

Please note: If you have been selected in both Age Groups you will only need to attend 1 session
