For the past decade, Central Coast Boxing has established itself an enviable reputation as The Central Coasts top stand alone boxing gym. Our boxing family is well known throughout the greater boxing community for not only building champion athletes but more importantly our members are well respected for their sportsmanship, humbleness, confidence and courage. These traits are instilled in our members and seen both inside and outside of the ring.
The successes and reputation of Central Coast Boxing can only be attributed to the love, hard work, countless hours, focus and guidance which has been poured into the club by its founders the Mannix family. For those who know Steve, Kylie, Bailey, Stevie-Lee and Merv, you’ll know of the passion, knowledge and love they have for the sport of boxing and how proud they all are (and rightfully should be) of the gym and all its people.
The Mannix family have decided to take a well deserved break from the running of our gym. Rest assured the Mannix family are not saying a complete goodbye to the gym, there are just other projects and commitments requiring their undivided attention at this time. Steve will remain a leader in our sport as a committee member of Boxing NSW and we're sure he won’t be able to stay away from fight nights!
We have now registered as a Incorporated Association and have a fresh committee of committed volunteers and dedicated and experienced coaches who are excited to keep this good thing going strong.
We are now officially called “Central Coast Boxing Club Incorporated" but for those of you with CCB tattoos, don’t worry we’ll always be CCB!
