This event will be a friendly, non competitive night between Port Macquarie, Wauchope and Camden Haven Little Athletic Clubs, having fun and forming new friendships. 🫶🏻

📍 Location: Stuart’s Park, Wood Street, Port Macquarie

⏰ Time: arrive at 4:30pm for 4:45pm marshalling

🏃🏻‍♀️ Events: A variety of track and field events will be provided, concluding with 4x100m relays for the older age groups. See the program below! ⬇️

✉️ RSVP: by Monday 9th December to Lorna or Amanda 

🌭 Each registered athlete will get 2 raffle tickets, one for free sausage sizzle and one for free snow cone. 
The BBQ will be running plus drinks for family members to purchase. 

Note: PMLA will not be using timing gates, therefore there will not be any times taken. Field events can be measured at the time if athletes wish, but again, these will not be recorded.
