Hello and Welcome to Camden Athletics Club!

We are excited to have you join us for the 2024/25 season!

Competition Nights 

• All club competition nights are conducted on a Friday afternoon/evening at the Narellan Sports Hub.

• Parents/carers must be present for the duration of the time that their child/ren are competing and if required provide assistance at the venue during nights of competition. 

• We run off a 2 week program - Week 1 and Week 2 to spread the number of events across the two weeks.                 (Program to be published prior to the first competition night).

Please be advised that with the new partnership there have been some changes to the age groupings and the titles of groups of ages. See image below.

*** PLEASE NOTE *** 

While the NSW Athletics Partnership graphic below displays Tiny Tots as being able to be registered if born in 2021 (4 year olds), we will not be accepting registrations for those born in 2021. The tiny tots group at our club is for 5 year old athletes who will transition into the 6 year Little Athletics age group the following year. Quite simply, we need to leave the room for 5 year olds and we always fill our quota in this age group. We will not be accepting registrations for athletes born in 2021 or later.   

Registration Information

Revolutionise Sport (RevSports) Platform and link

This season there is a new registration platform called Revolutionise Sport. This platform was used for Athletics NSW registrations but not Little Athletics NSW registrations in previous years. This is the only platform to register for athletics for 2024/25 and will be used for every age group. If you are using an active kids voucher, please have your code ready.

If you are new to athletics remember to upload your birth certificate or passport during the registration process. You may also upload this at a later time prior to a registration pack pickup  

If you have not registered on this platform before or as an Athletics NSW member last season click the “NEW MEMBER” tab and proceed. If you only competed on a Friday night this would be most of our members.

If your child/ren competed in Athletics NSW (ANSW)  events last year, you should have a National ID number, click the “RETURNING MEMBER” tab and proceed. ANSW registered athletes would have competed at NSW All Schools, ANSW State Relays, Cross Country Events, NSW Junior and Senior Competition, Treloar Shield.

*** Please note if you have clicked returning member and come across an error message, you will need to go back and click new member to proceed with your registration.

*** If you are wanting to register multiple athletes in one transaction, ensure when the screen shows "confirm registrations" you select the bottom left tab "Register another member". 

*** If you come across any error messages during the payment process, do not attempt to proceed and email your athlete/s first and last name and dob so this can be investigated and to prevent multiple payments.

All athletes if they have not registered previously will receive a National ID number via email. This is the number to use for future registrations each season and to register for events outside of club competition nights. You will also receive a registration number (different to your National ID number). This is the number you pin to your uniform for all competitions. Registration numbers will need to be picked up on the pack pick up dates at the track prior to the first Friday night of competition. Dates are provided in the welcome letter provided to you by email after registration.

Forgot Login Details for ANSW returning members only

If you are attempting to login or retrieve "forget login" details before registration opens for Camden Athletics, you will only be able to do so if you have an ANSW National ID. You will then only be able to login and update any details, however you will be unable to register until Camden Athletics have advised that registrations are open. Once registration opens and you have been able to register your athlete/s you will be able to login and utilize the forgot login option if needed. 

Registration Fees 

Registration fees are non-refundable. If a refund is granted by Camden Athletics Club it will incur a $10 admin fee. Any refunds must be applied within 2 weeks of registering or commencement of Camden Athletics competition. This must be in writing via email to our Registrar at registrar@camdenathletics.org.au. If a registration pack has been picked up, registration number & age patch must be returned or an additional $10 fee will occur.
