Arafura Calisthenics Club is a community club with a focus on building the physical literacy skills of coordination, flexibility, strength, team work and spatial awareness. As a team based, performance dance sport, calisthenics develops poise, confidence, resilience and reliability in its participants.
Our coaches are fully accredited and create fun, friendly classes that build confidence in participants and encourage a strong sense of team spirit.
