Registration Overview

Participating teams will need to register crews into the Mixed Division. Mixed Crews must contain a minimum of 16 paddlers, including a minimum of eight (8) and a maximum of ten (10) of each category. Each Mixed Crew registered receives a complimentary 0.5 crew entry into the Open, Womens, and Masters Divisions as capacity allows.

Registration will close at 11:59pm on April 26th, 2025 or once capacity has been reached. The Mixed Division will be capped at 24 crew slots. If you have any questions regarding registration, please contact the Race Directors at: regionalracedirector@cdba.org.

Registration Fee Breakdown

Registration fees are based on the number of Mixed Crews you register. 

  • CDBA Team: $550 early bird / $650 regular
  • Non-CDBA Local Team: $850 early bird / $950 regular
  • Visiting Team (>100 miles): $450 early bird / $550 regular

To take advantage of the early bird rate, crews must register by April 19, 2025. Crews registering after April 19, 2025 will pay the regular rate.

You are required to submit a $100 refundable trash deposit for each Mixed Crew you register. The deposit will be refunded to you after the race if your site is thoroughly cleaned and free of debris. Please take before and after photos of your site. During the registration process, be sure to indicate your preferred refund method for your deposit (either via Zelle or physical check sent in the mail).

Registration Instructions:

  • CDBA teams: Please have your primary POC submit the team registration and pay the registration fees. This POC will be the individual who will receive communications from the race organizers.
  • Non-CDBA teams: If your primary POC has registered/renewed their account this year, simply have them submit the team registration and pay the registration fees. If your primary POC has not registered/renewed this year, please have them register/renew here. If you need assistance, please contact membership@cdba.org.
  • All Teams: If you must combine Mixed Crews between teams in order to participate, then only one of the combining teams should register and act as the POC for the combined team. Please note your intention to combine Mixed Crews in your registration and inform the Race Directors at regionalracedirector@cdba.org.
  • NOTE: The registration process is NOT complete until payment is received.  We highly recommend paying through RevSport directly (credit/debit card) for immediate payment confirmation. If you send a physical check, your registration is not considered complete until the check is received and cashed (which will take some time).
  • NOTE: All CDBA steers people must be certified through CDBA (with red cards).
  • Once your team is registered, your primary POC will receive further information via email about how to handle online waivers and manifests.

Refund Policy: Registration fees are refundable and transferable until April 19, 2025 minus a 25% administrative fee. After April 19, 2025, registration fees are no longer non-refundable and non-transferable.
