Cane Toads & Crocodiles is a true cross country event taking runners around a 6km scenic loop route on a cane farm adjacent Freshwater Creek at Lower Freshwater. The course can sometimes be quite slushy so bring your trail running shoes.

6km and 9km race distances are offered. Both races start at 6:30am.

Check-in opens at 6.00am and the race briefing will be at 6.15am.

The race starts adjacent the Freshwater Pony Club buildings, across the tracks from Freshwater Train Station. There are toilets at the Pony Club. There is plenty of parking available nearby.

Water will be available at the Start/Finish & fresh fruit will be available to runners after they finish. There will be presentations after racing is finished.
