Run on scenic road and bush trails over 12kms, 26kms or a gut busting 34kms, Cairns Road Runners are proud to present the annual Blacksnake Race, now 11 years old!
Starting at the junction of Clohesy River and Cedar Park Roads, sign up for either the 12km or 26km races that are run on the well formed Clohesy River (dirt) Road. You'll be crossing creeks and running through rainforest on an out and back course that includes a visit to the magnificent Clohesy River Fig Tree.
If that's not enough, then sign up for the 34km race with the additional steep ascents, descents, ruts and challenging trails of Vievers and Bridle Creek Tracks.
