Cairns hockey Is excited to present Defender Development session over the school holidays.
Sessions will be an extensive 2 hours and will focus and include the below:
Positioning
Power
Decison making
Fitness
Overheads
Sessions will be invoiced by Cairns Hockey - $15 per session or two session for $25.
