Seniors Hit Out #3 - Friday 12 May 2023

We will be conducting our Seniors Hit Out #3. This is an open invitation for 12+ athletes to compete against the best in FNQ. Athlete Age Calculation date is the age the athlete will be by 31 December 2023. These events will run in conjunction with Club night events.

Visitors are welcome to register. Costs $15 per visitor and $3 per event. 

Events to be conducted are:

Javelin

Shot Put

Discus

High Jump

100m

400m

3k ** 2nd Race of the Distance Series open to 10+ so the Peninsula athletes can join in.

5:45pm - Javelin
6:oopm - 100m
6:15pm - High Jump
6:30pm - 400m
6:45pm - Shot Put
7:00pm - Discus
7:00pm - 3k
