Events for the Senior are 100m, 400m, Javelin, Discus, Shot Put and High Jump.

Approx time of events:
5:45pm - Javelin
6:oopm - 100m
6:15pm - High Jump
6:30pm - 400m
6:45pm - Shot Put
7:00pm - Discus
7:00pm - 3k

Also included is the 3km race which is the next race in the Distance Series. Great opportunity for those who are attending the upcoming Peninsula Cross Country Trials.
