Australian Sailing - 1. Discover Sailing Experience - Dinghy

Course information

Registration for this course closes at Fri 14 Feb 2025 14:00.

Sailability at BYS is open to all ages and abilities, from the novice to the experienced sailors. Using a fleet of Hansa 303’s, that won’t capsize or tip over, we have developed a sailing program that is perfect for ages.

We cater for wheelchair access with a drive-up jetty and loading sling available.

BYS Sailability Volunteers will assist you with basic sailing skills, and provide the life jacket and boat to get you sailing with a minimum of fuss. You don’t need to be a BYS member, though a gold coin donation towards boat maintenance would be welcomed.

All participants will receive an Australian Sailing number, streamlining future registrations.
