SheSails Keelboat Racing Experience

The SheSails Keelboat Racing Experience will provide you with a hands-on experience of sailing on one of our club boats with an instructor during the club twilight series.

Experience the social, fun and exhiliration of twilight club racing aboard a club keelboat with an experienced and qualified Instructor and fellow female crew members, while discovering how fun, safe, accessible and affordable sailing can be both on and off the water. After the racing, enjoy a social drink or meal on the deck during the presentations!

Once you have discovered your love for sailing, you can move through our SheSails Keelboat courses;  - SheSails Start Crewing  & SheSails Start Helming.

Ages over 16 years are welcome! Bring clothing suitable for weather conditions on the day (eg. a water resistent jacket, warm comfortable clothing that allows ease of movement and a pair of enclosed shoes (like sandshoes/joggers/reef shoes). A towel, water bottle, hat, and sunglasses are advised. We will supply a lifejacket.

Who should do this course?

This is the perfect 'taster' for anyone who wants to discover sailing for the first time. This is the perfect introduction and can be the ideal way for you to begin your sailing journey, without having to commit to a full training course.

Course Outcome

Following the course, you will receive a completion certificate.
