As the year is progressing quickly, the BWPI Management Committee wanted to take this opportunity to confirm the dates for the BWPI 2023 Winter competition. Please lock these dates into your calendars!
BWPI 2023 Winter Competition – Monday 24th July – Monday 28th August (6 weeks)
The BWPI Winter Competition is intended to be a low-level competitive opportunity to build and/or maintain skills and fitness. As in previous years, the Winter competition is only open to club-based nominations, therefore any school players not registered with a club are able to approach clubs to participate. Clubs are encouraged to support school-based players, especially those players who are finishing Year 12 at the end of 2023.
BWPI 2023 Winter Competition Details
- Monday evenings from 5.00pm at Musgrave, St Rita’s and Brisbane Grammar pools (pending nominations).
- Age group divisions are set for boys and girls in U14, U16 and Opens (designed for Yr12 leavers looking to continue to play with a club)
- Club team nominations are due by Friday 9th June. Please reach out to your local club for more information.
