Located conveniently at the mouth of Lake Macquarie, Moon Island is just a short boat ride from the Blacksmiths Boat Ramp.

Moon Island has great diving, with swim throughs, including the two arches, the Temple Cave, rocky drop offs and gutters, loads of fish life, and during the winter months is home to Grey Nurse Sharks.
