Event Waiver

By participating in the 2025 Junior Come & Try Days at Bundaberg Table Tennis, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Photograph and Video Consent I understand that my child may be photographed and/or filmed during the event, including activities and presentations. If I do not consent to my child being photographed, I will inform the organiser prior to the event. I understand that any images or footage taken may be used by Bundaberg Table Tennis for promotional purposes, including social media, the club’s newsletter, and other communications.
