The Bundaberg Radiology Bundaberg Open Table Tennis Championships will be held at the Bundaberg Club facilities, Kendalls Rd Bundaberg on 4th and 5th June 2022.  Entries close Wednesday 1st June 2022.

Registrations will open on 15th April at 9am.  You will be able to register for events online, but please do not pay online.  Alternatively, you may click on the link below to open a fillable Entry Form.  Tick the boxes for the events you wish to enter, remembering the restrictions regarding multiple entries per timeslot.  Calculate your total owing, including a $2 TTQ Junior Development Levy and enter it in the Total Box. Complete the rest of the details, then download the completed form, with your changes. The download dialogue box will provide a random filename, please don't change this file name if you wish to use the automatic Email Form button.  If you do change the file name, you can still email the form, but you will have to attach it manually to your email program. Open the completed form you have downloaded to use the automatic email button, it will not work from the webpage window.  Good Luck :)
