The Bundy Beach Bods - Beach Fitness Program is all about enjoyment, fitness and social interaction with like minded people in a safe and welcoming environment.
The Fitness in the Park program is an exercise routine that gets your heart rate up, but also builds on your strength. The movements are low impact (no jumping or burpees) and we enjoy moving to the beat of some great music. The workout includes a dance warm up, 20 second tabata rounds, cardio and resistence with light weights and then a cool down stretch.
Why then don't you stay around for a coffee and a chat at the Beach Mill cafe at the conclusion of the class.
There is no fee to be involved just register and complete the details as required. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothes and gym shoes, bring some light hand weights, water bottle and be sun safe (we exercise in the shade under the trees in summer).
The program will commence on Friday January 10, 2025 at 7.30am. The start time changes to 8am in the cooler months. Participants are welcome to attend as often as they can
