Timekeeping & Meet Information

It is a requirement that parents assist with the timekeeping duties allocated to the Club at Swimming WA sanctioned meets. As per SWA policies, each club is allocated duties based upon the number of athletes they have competing in the meet. Without the required time keepers and helpers in place, the meet will not run efficiently and swimmers cannot set official times

It is a condition of membership that a parent accompanies their child to swim meets to assist with these duties and a roster will always be circulated to parents prior to each meet.

​If for any reason you need to change/swap your time keeping duty, please liaise with the other families to make alternative arrangements. It is your responsibility to arrange any changes and to make sure your time slot is covered.

Please be aware that while every effort is made to allocate volunteer duties around your children’s events, there will be times when you are required to fulfil duties after your child has finished.
