Victorian Masters Squash Association  [VMSA] Teams Event 16th to 18th February 2024 - Event Information and Registration

Teams Event Bairnsdale 16-18 February 2024

The next VMSA Tournament will be held at Bairnsdale and it is a teams event
(similar to Masters Juniors Format) 

There will be 2 players in each team depending on the number of entries received. You don't have to worry about finding a team mate, we will do that for you.

Scoring will be open scoring, with a 5 min warm up and 15 min play on the individual play and the same for the doubles play. Two players per team, player one 20 min, player two 20 min then doubles play 20 min total 1 hour play per round. Eye wear for doubles is a non negotiable must.

• Closing Date for Early Bird Rate: Friday 2 February 2024
• Closing Date for Entries: Thursday 8 February 2024
• We encourage as many players as possible to play on Friday evening.
• First Round Times will be available on the website from Thursday 15 February 2024.
• A social get-together, including complimentary supper will be held at the Bairnsdale Squash & Table Tennis Centre on Friday evening at the conclusion of the matches.
• A Dinner Dance will be held on Saturday 17 February at the Wy Yung Pub, 120 Bullumwaal Road, Wy Yung from 7:30pm till 12:00am featuring a live band and a 2 course meal. Drinks at bar prices. Cost: $60 per person. Please include payment with your entry.
• There will be a Courtesy Bus available for $10 return ride to the Dinner Dance. Please include payment with your entry.  You will be advised of the pickup times on Saturday. Any queries please contact Michelle Rowles on 0407 838 572.
• The Trophy presentation will be at approximately 4:30pm Sunday followed by a complimentary supper.

 Tournament Fees 

• The Early Bird Rate provides a discount of $5 off your tournament entry fee.  This only applies for online entries received up to 2 weeks before the tournament start date.
• For online entries, the entry fees are automatically calculated so there is no separate discount shown.  When the early bird rate expires the website will be updated to reflect the standard tournament entry fee prices.
• The fees for the tournament are as follows:

    Non-Members $45, Members $35 and 25+ Tournament Financial Members $30
  • Tournament Entry Fees  - entries received after 2 February 2024
    Non-Members $50, Members $40 and 25+ Tournament Financial Members $35

  • VMSA Membership - $25
