This program is designed for ANY persons aged between 13-17 and encourages ALL abilities.

It's small class numbers, (maximum 8) mean that coaches can work individually & in group settings without students having to "wait around" too much.

These classes have a strong emphasis on acceptance, individuality, teamwork, positivity & personal growth. 

All students will be encouraged to set their own goals to achieve in stead of competing against each other.

 

WHAT IS IT?

 The term is broken up into 2 parts, half of the term will be spent learning the skills of Squash and half of the term will be spent learning racquetball. 

Sessions will include short group discussions on how to achieve goals, forming positive self images and inclusion towards others, stretches, warm up activities, skill practice & a healthy snack.

 

COST- $80 PER TERM 

WHEN - WEDNESDAY EVENINGS 5:15PM - 6:15PM

WHAT TO BRING? All equipment is provided, but participants will need a pair of non-marking shoes and clothes they feel comfortable in.
