‘A full refund is payable in the situation where the Clarence Valley LGA is, or becomes subject to, government imposed restrictions which force the cancellation of the regatta.

Entrants can further request a full refund if they are individually ordered to isolate, or, are unable to attend the regatta due to a government imposed travel restriction which arises after the date of entry.

No refund will be payable if such restriction was existing at the date of entry’
