BWHA Representative Officials Nomination Form - 2025

Please complete one (1) form per category: Coach, Manager, Umpire, Technical Official, or Selector. You may select multiple age groups/tournaments on a single form for that category.

Example: Nominate as a Manager for both U16s and U12s on one form, or submit separate forms for different roles (e.g., one for Coach and another for Selector).

Blue Card: All representative officials in 2025 must have a valid and current blue card.

Availability Requirements:

Selectors must be available for all trial dates.

Umpires must be available for the State Championship tournament and Southern Cross date and may be required at trainings (dependant on coach request).

U12	Mon 14th April at 9am
U14	Mon 17th Feb at 9am
U16	Mon 2nd June at 9am
U18	Mon 3rd Feb at 9am
HQ Champs	Tues 18th March at 9am
Masters	Mon 3rd March at 9am

Umpire Eligibility:

State Championship Level	The minimum Current Umpire Accreditation required for this level of Competition (including Qld Advanced accreditation)	The minimum age of the umpire for this level of competition
Under 14	Ideally a Foundation Support Umpire	14 years of age * a younger age umpire may be considered if an approved Umpire Mentor is able to witness and approve them attending prior to the Championship.
Under 16	Foundation Support Umpire	15 years of age
Under 18	HQ Community Advanced Umpire	16 years of age
Women’s Masters	Foundation Support Umpire	15 years of age
