2025 U14 REPRESENTATIVE PROGRAM DETAILS
Eligibility
You must be a Primary Registered BWHA Member to nominate for a Brisbane Representative Team
As per the BWHA Operations Manual, players must only represent their respective age group.
Age for each Selection Group:
- U12: players must be turning 11 or 12 in the current year
- U14: players must be turning 13 or 14 in the current year
- U16: players must be turning 15 or 16 in the current year
- U18: players must be turning 17 or 18 in the current year
- Open: Players must be turning 18 or over in the current year
- Masters: Players must be turning 34 or over in the current year
U14 Representative Birth Years for 2025: 2011 – 2012
Tournament Dates:
- U14 Southern Cross: 18th May - Warwick
- U14 State Championships: 29th June - 2nd July in Toowoomba
Fees:
- Trial Nomination Fee per Player: $55.00
- Tournament Cost per Selected Player: $TBA
Trial Dates: Players are expected to attend all trial dates listed below:
- Trial 1: Sunday, 9th March, 6:45 AM - 11:30 AM at Brisbane North Hockey Centre
- Trial 2: Sunday, 16th March, 6:45 AM - 11:30 AM at Brisbane North Hockey Centre
- Trial 3: Sunday, 30th March, 6:45 AM - 11:30 AM at State Hockey Centre
If selected for a Southern Cross team, players are required to attend one training session on Sunday, 11th May.
If selected for a State Championships team, players must attend three training sessions on the following dates:
- Sunday, 25th May
- Sunday, 8th June
- Sunday, 22nd June
Nominations Close: Monday, 24th February at 9:00 AM.
Late nominations will not be accepted.
