2024 MASTERS REPRESENTATIVE PROGRAM DETAILS

Eligibility

You must be a Primary Registered BWHA Member to nominate for a Brisbane Representative Team

As per the BWHA Operations Manual, players must only represent their respective age group.

1. Age for each Selection Group:

1. U12: players must be turning 11 or 12 in the current year
2. U14: players must be turning 13 or 14 in the current year
3. U16: players must be turning 15 or 16 in the current year
4. U18: players must be turning 17 or 18 in the current year
5. Open: Players must be turning 19 or over in the current year
6. Masters: Players must be turning 34 or over in the current year

Masters Representative Birth Years for 2024 are 1990 and prior

Masters State Championships: Friday April 19 – Sunday April 21, Maryborough Hockey Association

Trial Nomination Fee Per Player: $45.00

Tournament Cost Per Selected Player: $470.00

Players are expected to be available to attend all trial dates as listed below:

Trial 1 - Sunday, February 11, 2024 - 7.00am to 11.00am, Field 1, DP

Trial 2 - Sunday, February 18, 2024 - 7.00am to 11.00am, Field 1, BP

Trial 3 - Monday, February 26, 2024 – 6.00pm to 10.00pm, Field 2, SHC

Trial 4 - Sunday, March 3, 2024 - 7.00am to 11.00am, Field 1, DP

Masters State Championship Teams will be announced by 5pm on Wednesday, March 6, 2024

If selected in a Masters State Championships team, players will be required to attend 5 training sessions on the following dates:

Sundays March 10, March 17, March 24, April 7, April 14

Nominations Close: Monday February 12, 2024, at 12pm

Late nominations will not be accepted.
