Please complete one (1) form per Category as a Coach, Manager, Umpire, Technical Official or Selector. You may select multiple age groups/tournaments when completing this form for that category.

(e.g., nominate as a Manager for U15s and U11s on the one (1) form or nominate as a Coach on 1 form, then a Selector on a second nomination form).

Masters State Championships
Maryborough – Friday April 19 – Sunday April 21

HQ Championships
Brisbane (SHC) – Saturday May 4 – Monday May 6
 

 

U14 Southern Cross
Tweed - Sunday May 19

U14 State Championships
Ipswich – Wednesday June 26 – Saturday June 29

U12 Southern Cross
Downey Park – Sunday August 4

U16 Southern Cross
Ipswich - Sunday August 11

U16 State Championships
Sunshine Coast – Thursday September 19 – Sunday September 22

 

Please Note:

Selectors, Coaches, Managers & Umpires must be available for Southern Cross Events in addition to State Championship Events (for U18, U16 & U14 Age groups).

Selectors must be available for all trial dates and the Southern Cross Date (U18, U16 & U14).

Umpires must be available for the State Championship tournament and Southern Cross date (where applicable) and may be required at trainings (dependant on coach request).
