Register your interest by completing the Register details and transfer payment via EFT to BSA.

(Note - BSA invoice payments are to be made via EFT to bank account - credit card payment is not to be used as this attracts bank surcharge fees which will deduct from the clinic fee payment - if payment is made by credit card the attendee will be required to reimburse BSA for any bank fee deduction taken from the payment.
