Due to the cancellation of the 2020 U15 State Championships, Hockey Queensland have altered their selection processes for the 2021 U15 Qld squad. Ordinarily, squads would be selected from the previous year's State Championships. This year, Hockey Queensland has requested that all Associations submit a list of players to be considered for the 2021 U15 Qld squad. HQ will then determine who will be placed in the 2021 squads; squad members will be notified by HQ and required to attend the HQ U15 squad trials to be held at the State Hockey Centre on Friday 12 - Sunday 14 February, 2021. The Qld U15 teams to compete at the 2021 National Championships will be selected from this weekend.

BHA will be holding trials to produce a list of Brisbane players who will be submitted to Hockey Queensland for their consideration. BHA will not be releasing this list of players, as the final U15 Qld squad is at HQ's discretion.

Players should only nominate if they are able to attend the HQ trials in February 2021 and the National Championships in April, 2021.

Age eligibility - Players born 2006 and 2007 only

Trial date - Sunday 20 September, 2020: 9.00 - 11.00am, SHC2

Trial nomination fee - $20

Nominations open - Monday 24 August, 2020 at 12.00 noon

Nominations close - Wednesday 9 September, 2020 at 12.00 noon
