Dragon Boat Queensland (DBQ) Membership

Dragon Boat Queensland (DBQ) is the governing body for dragon boating in Queensland. Membership with DBQ is essential for all dragon boat paddlers, as it provides eligibility to compete in regattas and, most importantly, insurance coverage for registered members while training and competing.

New to Dragon Boating?

New paddlers can sign up for a free Dragon Pass, which provides 28 days of paddling with insurance coverage. After this trial period, you’ll need to complete full registration to continue your paddling journey with an annual DBQ membership. Register as a New Member and select Dragon Pass from the drop down list. 

Renewing Members

To maintain insurance coverage and eligibility for competitions, existing members must renew their DBQ membership annually.
