Take the nex step to improve your technique in single sculls and crew boats on the fully bouyed 2km course at Bucca. recieve instruction from highly qualified Head Coach, Leonardo Cristiano Moretzsohn (Level 3 FISA Rowing), and supported by other skilled coaches. Sessions include essentials of rowing, erg training, fitness programs and stretching for injury prevention.
